A new banner soon.. ?

Will the JC be getting a new Main Banner soon? It's springtime now

Edit: I've said it partially below, but I'll say this as I lock it. We aren't planning on any changes at this moment in time, but if we do, it will, as always, be a surprise.

 

Well, we're looking at a couple of different things right now, but no new banners. Long story.

A new banner would be nice, but I wouldn't really mind if this one was kept around for a while longer.

 

If anything is need of a new banner, it is the AOTC forum. Strilo and I designed an amazing banner/color scheme. If I can find the link I will post it here.

Many people hate them when we first get a new banner, but by the time the next one is put up, they don't want to see it go.

Well, unlike a lot of people, i liked the old gray and blue theme, i mean the one in early '02. It was fine with me.

 

If you should ever change your mind about the banner, may I suggest something with BLUE in it? Nothing against yellow, but it's not as soothing or easy on the eyes as blue.

Couldn't the existing banner be changed so it was the same image, except with blue hues? I'm not a master at photoshop, but it seems like it should be possible.

As Gandy said there aren't any solid plans for new banners in pretty much all of the forums at the moment, except for one or two. Doesn't mean that there mightn't be any sometime soon, but as of this moment, we don't have any plans on changing it.

 

You people are spoiled. We used to get one banner, and it never changed! And when it did, it was a joyous occaision.

 

Well Dash is right. He gave me an idea for an AOTC banner and I was bored so I threw it together. I have gotten some good feedback and when the contest (if it happens) arrives, I mnight submit this.
