A question about the dead jedi

why don't the jedi in the arena in AOTC disappear when they die like Yoda and Obi-Wan do? Please help me out...

 

I dunno, Qui-Gon didn´t either.

 

When Jedi are prepared to die they disappear. Qui-Gon and the Jedi killed in battle were not, where Obi-wan, Yoda, and Anakin all were

 

Thanks for your reply - yeah maybe so, one of my friends mentioned that Anakin wanted to "stop people" from dying"...and that sounds pretty darn interesting to me...

Would you not say Qui gon was prepared to die hence the bended knee & voice in attack of the clones.
