I just wanna know how the Hutts became so powerfull.
Do they have special technoligy or what?how can they own Sectors and planets? They have no Starfleet or hutt army(when i say this i mean Hutts only no-other races working for them).
How did they hutts 25,000 years ago conquer so much?

They had a pretty convincing story in the complete guide to aliens.

Unfortunately, I forgot how it went :(

I think they were just alot and develpoed fast, like the Spaniards except the spaniards didn't have big round bellies and had no feet. Huttese seems like a very popular language besides Basic, like Spanish to englsih

Maybe they killed everyone who stood up to them by rolling over them flat...squishing em to a paste. [face_plain]

The Hutts had control over thier systems long before the Old Republic was formed. They essentialy beat Xim the Despot at the third battle of Vontor and with the support of thier servant races flourished and established rule in a large sector of space.

They also kicked the Imperials out of thier sector as well.

And remember, the Hutts survived their real homeworld's demise. "Whatever happens, the Hutts will survive."

Hum... Not really... They kept them at bay with a lot of credits, that's all...

If the Battle of Nar Shaddaa had gone to plan, there would be a hunk of molten slag orbiting Nal Hutta. The Hutts bribed the admiral in charge of the attack to only bring a pathetic fleet...no ISDs or anything. So it was an utter screw up.
