A question about the War of the Worlds Soundtrack

There's a beautiful piece of music during War of the Worlds, as Robby and Ray say goodbye to each other during the military battle. Shortly afterwards, we hear a choir singing as helicopters fly over head. Is this from the same track on the soundtrack? And if so, what is this track called?

I did a quick runthrough the soundtrack and I didn't hear any noticeable chorus during the tracks, not in "The Seperation of the Family" either. I also don't have WotW on DVD so I couldn't watch the scene to help you more.

I can only get a preview of the soundtrack from the web, and in the seperation of the family, it sounds like the track I want, but I can't be too sure, or if the track is tied in with another during that scene.
