A question about Vimax

I know these ads are all over the internet, and now I'm seeing them pop up on TFN. The Vimax male enhancement pills. My question is this. If Phil and the gang and the mods are trying to run a family friendly website and community, how does showing ads of dudes in their underwear and in some ads almost naked help convey the mission of the family friendly atmosphere?

 

TF.N main is run separately from the JC in this regard.

We've been through this before with ads, one had a reference to marijuana, at least the ones we used to have at the top of forums. IGN controlled those, not sure about the main page ads. Definitely not something the MS can control.

 

I seem to recall that the marijuana ad was actually for an anti-drug campaign, so it's not as bad as it sounds. But still not family friendly.

 

We support Firefox on this board with all new ad blocking features!

 

I don't get the ads anymore...haven't for years.And I don't use FireFox.

 

Just to make sure, are you getting ads from surfing the main page or the actual forums?

 

You shouldn't be getting any ads on the forum boards that have a Google box in place of the ad box. If you are I'd check your PC for a virus or malware.

 

You are right. The ads are exclusive to the TFN main site. Still interesting that Phil Wise would want that content on even the main page, unless the ad is something he cannot control.
