A Question for a fic

I'm writing a fic and I have a to know what the name for computers in the SW universe is.

I know it's a strange question, wich I knew the answer to, but I forgot and now I can't figure it out anymore

So please help me!

 

I think they're called computers.

Sometimes it's terminal.

If you're talking about personal computers, as strange as it sounds, data pads are more like PCs than anything called a computer in Star Wars. Data pads are a lot like a palm pilot, but they do a LOT more than any palm pilot. They're basically a portable Star Wars equivilent of a personal computer. They can interface with each other, which is sort of like the internet or a network.
