I'll probably get carded well into my twenties. I'm seventeen and get given children's tickets at the movie theatre.

 

I get IDed sometimes when I'm clean shaven. That's ok, because I can still get bus tickets at student prices

 

Unfortunately, clerks are much more reluctant to serve you when you look twelve years old.

 

I've only been carded twice since I turned 18

 

I got carded once because I laughed when the bouncer carded my buddy. He said "Just for that, I want to see yours too!", LOL

 

Well as long as you have a valid card, it doesn't really matter.

 

In Decmeber(I turned 18 on the jan 17), I went to a club with my friends, and the bouncer asked to see my cards so I showed it to him (it say I was 17) He let me in anyway it was cool.

 

They still ID me at the clubs, but not at the liquor store though.

 

LOL...I'm 22 and I always get IDed if I buy lottery tickets...never tried to buy alcohol.

i think the most annoying thing was being carded for a 14+ movie when I was like 20... I went to see something with a group of friends of mine in Montreal and the movie that we went to see was a real scary/violent one.. so that was why they were carding people.. anyways.... yeah... It was annoying... especially since I NEVER got carded for alcohol or smokes or lottery tickets.. I don;t even remember what movie it was.. but yeah...

 

For an AA movie? I've never heard of anyone been carded at a 14 and over movie. Who has an ID at 14?!?

 

If anyone ever tried to ID me at a movie when I was a kid I'd have laughed in their face!

I also hae one that would let me vote, buy beer, buy lottery tickets, etc., etc., though no one would eve believe me. besides, its easier when you get adults to do all that stuff for you anyways
