The High Council is comprised of 5 members:

and headed up by a President... Me!

Anyway, you don't like this banner and scheme? I personally think it's a nice change of pace. Anyway, I'll put it to the Council, since I have recieved one banner submission from a member. I don't see it changing before next week, though, because most of the members of the council have a little DVD set occupying them at the moment.

 

Is this a democratic board? If it is when are the next elections going to be held?

as for JMR's question of when the next election is (I assume he meant for council members), probably not for a while, we decided on forming the council and who is on it in July, and we haven't drafted anything in the way of by-laws or anything, so to answer your question of when the next election is: who knows.
