Sorry for the very long delay in updating this! [face_blush] I was being held captive by DRL for quite some time, but have managed to break out for awhile to start posting again.

Takes a quick look around, sees DRL's cloak and takes off while shouting over shoulder, "Thank you for reading and I'll be sure to post author replies either tonight or tomorrow! Hope you enjoy!"

    A Sith Named Luminous
    Chapter Four

Grateful to be in the relative calmness of space, Darth Luminous braced both arms against the central consol table with his hands splayed out palms down and a slight furrow to his brow as he studied the holo-projected map depicting the cities of Correllia and pondered which would be the best one to find a crew. He closed his eyes briefly as he accessed the Force and, when he opened them, found his eyes drawn towards the twin cities of Eadignes and Udele. He groaned slightly as he pulled up the stats on both places. Did everything in his life have to involve twins?

Deciding to write it off as either coincidence or the Force playing yet another bad joke on him, the Sith apprentice focused on comparing the two cities in an effort to formulate a plan. He needed a crew that was cut-throat and shifty enough to avoid the authorities and yet still honorable enough not to mutiny on him. Perhaps if he . . .

?There you are, Luminous!? Adria?s voice interrupted his thought process as she approached him from behind and wrapped her bare arms tightly around his waist. ?I was wondering where you had snuck off to. I made your favorite dish for dinner and it?s starting to get cold while you?ve hidden yourself away in here for hours!?

?Has it really been that long?? the young Sith wondered. He had slipped away from the cockpit once it was safe enough to stand again, but he hadn?t realized how long ago that was. Unsuccessfully attempting to divest himself of Adria?s grip, he asked doubtfully, ?You did??

It was well known throughout the Sith community that neither of Darth Dorjan?s daughters could put together a meal on their own as they were used to having others prepare their meals for them. More likely than not, the Sith Accolyte had finally figured out how to run the automatic food dispencer.

Adria ignored the skepticism and allowed Darth Luminous just enough movement to turn and face her. She then rubbed her check against his chest, enjoying the cool silkiness of her favorite apprentice?s tunic and relishing the fact that her sister was still stuck at the controls piloting the ship. ?Mmm-hmmm,? she purred, then angled her head so that her dusky eyes could gaze up at him. ?What are you doing in here anyway, Luminous??

Luminous suppressed a sigh and indicated the map projected behind him with a slight wave of his hand. ?I?m trying to decide which city to begin my search for a crew in would be best. So far, my best options appear to be the cities of . . .?

?I know!? the Sith Accolyte firmly attached to him exclaimed.

Darth Luminous raised a brow as he glanced down at her. ?You do??

?Yes! We need a name for this ship!? Adria told him excitedly.

This time, Luminous could not stop a light groan from escaping his lips as he brought his right hand up to cover his face. ?Adria! I?m serious, the first thing I need to do is to find a crew.?

A scowl rarely seen in the young apprentice?s presence appeared upon Adria?s face as she released the young man and delivered a punch to his shoulder, amethyst eyes glittering. ?I am being serious, Luminous! Honestly, sometimes I think you grew up in the middle of nowhere. Who?s going to want to crew a ship without a name? What are you going to do when you ask someone to join our crew and they ask what the ship?s name is and you say we don?t have one??

Luminous frowned. Did a ship need a name to secure a crew? Adria and her sister had traveled extensively across the galaxy with their father while Luminous had rarely been allowed off pl

?Adria Callula Dorjanias!? Angerona?s outraged voice caused the two Sith to halt their progress down the hall and turn slowly to face her. ?Just what do you think you?re doing??

?I am escorting our dear Darth Luminous to the galley for dinner,? Adria told her with a smirk as she turned in towards the apprentice to hug his arm.

?Of all the sneaky, manipulative . . .?

Angerona?s tirade was cut short when Luminous flashed his brilliant smile at her and, with his free hand held out, palm up, asked, ?Would you care to join us??

Ignoring Adria?s disappointed pout, Angerona smiled at the young man as she took his other hand. ?Well, since you?re doing the asking, I would love to.? She made sure Luminous wasn?t looking and stuck her tongue out at her twin who promptly returned the gesture.

He certainly has a way with the girls.[face_laugh]

It would appear that poor Luminous has more problems than a normal Sith - twins who both want a piece of him. LOL on the naming of the ship. Good thing he came up with something or they'd still be arguing.

    Good job.
