No worries about sounding pushy My semester's coming to an end, but first I have basically 4 papers to get through in the next 2 weeks. Following this I will have a 2 week break, then my 5 week practicum, which has next to nothing for homework. So, at the earliest, expect a post by the end of April, though it may be later.

It's great to know, however, that people are still interested in this after me not updating forever!

And just to show you what I'm up against for the next few days . . . here's the criteria for the paper I'm writing (instert dramatic music here)

"Select a community health issue of interest of concern to you. Describe the nature and magnitude of the issue, including the epidemiology of the health issue and the relevant social determinant, drawing from your own knowledge and original research. Describe how you would approach the issue from different perspectives such as program planning or community development. Compare and contrast your two approaches, identifying the strengths and challenges inherent in each approach. Finally describe a pattern of practice that you believe would fit best for you and provide rationale. Critique the problems encountered in mixing different approaches to community health promotion practice."

. . . and if y'all are asking "HOW is that nursing", don't worry, so am I. If anyone has an answer I'd like to hear it!

HI, just found this story and I have read it in one session, making it a very late night..... or early morning; whichever way you look at it!

I love your story, it has a quality that grabs you and just seems to envelop you in. Some of your dialog is spot on, and I sense you have a very dry wit... someone after my own heart. Your pacing is very good and you seem to handle action as well as you do the gentler scenes.


keep up the good work and post soon.

Just a friendly up to remind everyone what a fantastic fic this is. I truly hope that we will see more of this before the summer is over! I love this as much now, Abby, as I did the first time I read it! I hope you haven't decided to abandon it... I still want to know what the thing in the doorway is.
