    Starting with a kit I formed of regular Crimson Empire armor: [image=http://img441.imageshack.us/img441/8751/pdrm0124vo1.jpg]
    I decided to go for broke and make something new for the costuming field: and armored Ep2 Senate Guard costume, complete with helmet. I haven't started on the helm yet, but I'll tread that shaky bridge when I get to it [face_praying]
    I'll add a backplate for balance(another WIP) and a vac-formed holster for the Hasbro blaster.
    Wish me luck! I'm gonna need it8-}

    Good Luck.

    Should be pretty cool when you get it all done

    Is that the one with the plumed helmet?
    Very cool looking if so.
    Unfortunately, that plume will do everything it can to destroy itself: Grab things & people, act as a sail, etc...

    I built a helmet for my fantasy armor that has a center pike-ridge/fin that goes from front to back that is very well secured. I've been planning for some time to convert it to a plume.

    If I get around to doing it and can manage it successfully, I'll see about uploading some pics/designs that might help you. As well as a list of associated headaches.

    I guess this means that I'll have to get around to uploading pics, period.

    Ha! Sounds good. I haven't thought of the pitfalls on the helm, I need to head all that off. Sure,no problem[face_laugh]
