    Hi all,

Just wanted to post a quick message about my website for my art. Most of it is original work, but several are paintings I've done over the years of scenes from the Star Wars movies.

The site address is: [link=http://ajburr.deviantart.com]http://ajburr.deviantart.com[/link] Just click "Gallery" to see the rest of my work.

I completely agree: beautiful pictures! I am in awe of how you handle light in your work: paint of any sort presents, by its very nature, a real obstacle in rendering "light," but your paintings just breathe with a beautiful glow--it's so impressive! I really like the most recent piece (the Yavin hangar scene)--so well-done! Let us know when you have some more!

Oh, my! That's just beautiful, Aaron! =D= It looks very much like the original concept piece, but to me it has a bit more of a "painterly" quality to it. Wonderful work!

    Welcome to Fanarts!, AaronBurr! [:D]

And I can only fully agree with everyone else, they're beautiful! I love the Alderaan and the Dagobah ones most, though all of them are excellent! [face_love] =D=

Would love to see more! :)

Oh, my--I somehow missed the Naboo Lake Retreat painting--and wow, what a beauty that is! =D= I just love the aerial perspective you achieve in your work--there's so much depth to each landscape you do. Just beautiful!

I also agree, these are beautiful. I like that all of them look very "romantic" like paintings from the romantic ara, very lonely yet beautiful, idylic. Great job.

Your paintings are lovely. I really like the way you use lighting, especially in the first one of Kashyyk. That's a gorgeous piece.
Your brushwork has a soft feel to it which I also really appreciate.

Wow, these are amazing. Theed looks so beautiful and realistic and same with Alderaan. If you ever get around to selling to Theed or the Lake retreat, I may just place a big.

I'll be watching you're career with great interest. :p

    Very beautiful paintings!
only thing I would suggest is becareful about your perspective, especially when doing buildings and other architecture.
Having the perspective correct is critical to the piece.

Love the scenics, you captured them in a very realistic yet painterly way. (I hope that made sense!) Excellant job!
