Does anyone know how I can make a accurate emitter guard for the Vader saber, you know with two "levels" to it?

You can build a Vader-style shroud from tubing, sheeting (styrene, other plastic or metal) and some automotive body filler, such as Bondo. The tubes need to fit eachother and the tube you will be putting the shroud on.
First measure your tubes and make a blueprint. Then put the two tubes together. Then build the box. When you see that it fits onto the tubes, you can glue it on (I suggest epoxy).
Smear automotive body filler in the cracks and sand it smooth once it has cured. Always have good ventilation and use a face mask when working with body filler.

Well.. that's one suggestion. Good luck!

Or you can buy a replica MPP shroud from Parks.

Um, the yellow box method has a pretty close version.
