Phx Aced my first Network+ prep quiz!

I had my first quiz tonight in my Net+ prep class (MST 140), and aced it perfect (with the help of 5 bonus points, which means I missed 5, out of 55).

For those in the know, it was all about the OSI model, protocols, cabling, etc. In other words, all the boring repetative stuff. Though I doubt it will get any better.

But needless to say, I'm feeling fairly confident about taking the cert test when I'm finished, at least at this point.

Ye done good work, Matey. Might I be askin', are ye workin' towards yer MCSE? And where might ye be attendin' school?

 

MCSE would certainly be nice, but for now I believe I'm going to settle for NET+ and A+.

I'm going to SCC for an AAS in Network Administration.

 

You have done well my young padiwan! It sounds like you'd ace the real cert test if you took it. Go for it!

Congrats! Keep at it. If you're even considering it, go for the MCSE. It'll help more for job hunting than just the Net+
