Everett, WA Action Items for our upcoming regular meeting (Sunday, July 24th)

Those of us who intend to go on the overnight trip to the Ren Faire in Gig Harbor on Aug 20 and then Mary & Lenny?s house for the BBQ on the 21st in Shelton, please bring the following with you to the next meeting:

10 dollars to give to Marlow so she can order our tickets together online and print them out.

A pack of boneless ribs enough for yourself- Marlow will be going to their house before AUG 20th and will bring them to Lenny so he may start getting them ready for the BBQ (using his own secret recipe) before we arrive on the 21st

We encourage anyone who hasn?t committed to the ren faire to join us for this trip and to come to this Sunday?s meeting. This will be the last meeting before the trip so it will be a great time to meet everyone. We need to make room reservations based on how many are coming and also gender make-up of the group. So This Sunday is the last chance to commit, for Marlow will make the reservations on Monday the 25th based on how many people have committed up to the day of the meeting.
This is not to say that you can?t make up your mind later and join us, it does mean however, that if you wait till later, you may find yourself without a room to stay in since they will probably all be booked up before too long.
