Actors for EU

If you were in charge of making a Star Wars EU movie what are some of the actors you would use as EU characters?

If you think this is lame or it has been done already oh well

Jaina - Jessica Alba

Corran - hugh jackman or rustle crow

Elan - lucy liu or sophie marceau(at least while using a masqer)

Thrawn - pierce brosnan

Droma - steve buscemi

 

Look at this Final Fantasy movie -- within 3 more years, they'll be able to make completely convincing CGI characters, and then we can forget about actors and simply model them based on how they're described in the books and look on the covers and in the comics -- it's better all the way around.

Mara Jade - Gillian Anderson

Anakin Solo - That kid from the Sixth Sense (in my opinion, he should have played Anakin Skywalker instead of Jake Llyod)

I don't know why, but I also think Tim Curry would make a good Prince Xizor.

 

I agree that John Goodman would make a great Zsinj.

For Thrawn - either Nic Cage or Raph Fiennes.
i like anna paquin as Jaina.
Crowe would make a good Horn - except he is too tall.
Tom Cruise as Kyp. yeah...sweet.
Keunu(sp?) Reeves would kick arse as any type of jedi.
Brad Pitt as Isolder.
Anegelina Jolie with her dyed = Mara Jade.

Crow is too young for Corran, too tall too.
I've always pictured Corrran more as Michael J Fox. Short with an off beat sense of humor.

Brad Pitt as Isolder is nice.

Pierce Brosnan as Thrawn is an interesting concept.

Richard Geer would be in any fantasy movie I would make, I'm just not sure who he would be. Kam maybe?

I really do like the Idea of pierce brosnan as Thrawn he even has the imperial standard acsent. Rustle crowe in my opinion is not to old for corran because he played an older person in the movie the insider. Sean connrey would be an awsome palleon but for some reason i just cant see Pierce out ranking sean. and a final

Xizor - that dude that was the mummy in the mummy he looks the part just give him greenish skin and a top not.

remember Lust from Herman's head? he played the cook in up periscope (with kelsey grammar) - he would be a good Zsinj.

i dont know about gillian anderson for mara - she doesnt seem reckless enough in my eyes - even though mara has chilled out recently in the books, you can tell she still has her zest. hmm definitely not nicole kidman, and i dont think that girl from hannibal/lost world is pretty enough. ill have to think about that one

I don't see how jessica alba could play jaina. She looks NOTHING like her. I'm thinking the girl from x-men(rogue) and finding forrester.

on the other hand Cruise would be an awesome kyp.

There seems to be some difficulty on the casting of Jaina.

1.Jessica Alba: I do believe that Ms. Alba is a very attractive actress with at least a modest degree of talent, but the fact remains that she not only looks nothing like either Carrie Fisher or Harrison Ford she isn't even caucasian!

Angeline Jolie is too old, and anway she is kind of bizarre - and not in a good way.
