Adobe After Effects 6.0 and Premiere Pro - importing problem

    What I'm doing wrong, when I try to import with Premiere Pro After Effects's files and it just says:

    "No importer found that supports this file type."

    If I want to move After Effect's files to Premiere Pro, isn't this the right way to do it? Or How does it work?

    Export your AE file as uncompressed AVI or QT format and then import THAT into Premiere.

    Yeah dude you can't import an actual AE file (AEP or SIT) into Premiere
