    Yeah I don't think they'd oversell a single seat. Besides I doubt they actually ever sell out an entire theater anyway (maybe for safetly reasons?)...... when ever I goto a movie that they say is soldout there's usually a few seats open.

    Just show up there at LEAST an hour and a half early (Trust me).

    And try to pick up the tickets before you get in line etc
