Phx aero needs assistance :[

hey guys...

i don't want to bring anyone down, but things aren't looking up for me... i have to come up with a certain amount of money by the end of this month and i'm still unemployed. if i'm not able to make my bills come through i'm going to have to pack up and head back to california, which is something i really don't want to do.

i'm not asking for cash (though it would be nice), i'm just asking all of you if you know of any places in the tempe area that are hiring immediately or if you know someone that can hook me into a job ASAP it would be appreciated...you can e-mail me at aero@aerographiks.com or PM me...

i know this isn't a proper thread and all, but i'm starting to get desperate, and times call for appropriate measures.

Aero: I wish you the best of luck. I know what you're going through --it was a VERY similar situation that brought me out here. Unfortunately being so new out here, I don't know of any immediate openings, but I'll keep my eyes out.

I don't know what kind of work you do, but it seems that Home Depot and Lowes, even Cost Co is always hiring, and they pay around $10 an hour.- Just an idea.

i do pretty much anything, and will do anything that pays the bills (legally)...

GOOD NEWS: as soon as people started responding to this i started getting calls for interviews! my first is set up with sears tomorrow at 11am to start monday (if i dress sharp enough, i guess)...and the other isn't set up just yet, i'll know by later on today.

i guess the force was with me today... thanks guys!

I just saw that you got an interview at Sears. Take my advise, don't work for them. Sears will screw you every paycheck. I had to fight and argue over the smallest amounts.

 

I sympathize and wish you the best of luck! Wish I could do more...but we're just crawling our way out of a similar situation too.
