I was surprised Obi Wan Kenobi made the list, myself.

Overall, I'd say they covered all the good heroes and villians. Though if they put the Aliens and Freddy on the list, Jason Voorhees, Predator, and Gremlins should have made it as well. Of course, it would be tough to put them in, so we'll label those as 51, 52, and 53 :p

I really can't argue the top 5 of either category.

Surprised at OW, really? I think he's a great hero. Much better than Luke. He's the wise old man, who can still defend himself, and always acts selflessly. And they showed clips of PT Obi Wan, too, displaying his whole arc of being a true warrior to being sort of a guide. I think he's a great hero. He's certainly my favourite SW character, after Han ;)

This is the kid in me speaking, and the OT Obi Wan was always seen as a no frills, straight laced character. He doesn't fight, he sacrifices. He pushes Luke along, but aside from chopping off Walrus Man's arm, he never really does anything.

I guess what surprises me is that they actually based a lot of his character on Ewan McGregor's Obi Wan.
