Edmonton After Christmas Meeting

So, when would all of you like to have the next meeting? A few of us thought that Dec.30 or around there might be a good time to have a meeting.

So when/where/what do we want to do? I think that being we have had two serious meetings in a row (well not really serious), that maybe we could do something fun. Like play mini golf or go bowling or play some board games at someones house

Well those are my suggestions, anyone else have some?

 

Sounds great! Maybe we could have a Star Wars Boardgame night? Bowling would be fun too, I'm up for pretty much anything you guys come up with. Hopefully we can get everyone out to the next meeting. We should all take a group picture like Indy suggested in a previous post

Who is still up for a December 30th meeting? I'm sure a lot of people are busy doing holiday stuff...our board has been super quiet.

I will bring along my Star Wars Battleship. And I am really looking forward to seeing that LOTR Risk. And I have heard good things about Epic Duels too...

Should we all bring a little bit of something for ourselves or should we divide and everybody bring lots of one thing?

If everyone brings enough of something to share with 2-3 others that would be great! The only for sures are me, Indy and Fingthething so we shouldn't need too much.

I'm hoping a few others can make it! Just post if you can come, it's not too late I'll be on the boards all day tomorrow...

To get there, just go to the intersection at 178 street and 81 Ave(like 8 blocks away from WEM), you will see a apartment complex on that corner (four-story building you can't miss them), you should see a sigh that says "Board Walk". Im in building D and apartment 8. I will be expecting everyone around 7:00, and if you are going to come please just post here so i kind of know who to expect (my buzzer is a little touchy so i might have to let you in).

Risk (LOTR would be cooler )
StarWars-Epic Duels (Sweet Game!!!)
StarWars Trivial Pursuit (We can have a rematch)
Video Clue (Got at a garage sale, but its fun)

...and Star Wars Epic Duels IS sweet! Even people that aren't huge fans of SW likes the game (ie. my wife and my father).
