After Effects HELP!!!! Export Help!!!!!

OK.....I have After Effects 5.5 and Premiere. I have created this lightsaber fight in after effects that I want to export so that everyone can view it as a regular quicktime file. Do i need to export it from after effects and import it into premiere and then export it into a format that you guys can read? What settings do i need? In after effects...I put this in:

~Quality: Best

~Resolution: Half

~Compostition: Quicktime Movie

WHAT DO I PICK FOR COMPRESSION SETTINGS?????

Recommendation would be to export with Sorenson 3 or On2 so that mostly everyone can view it. And you can do it straight from AE, you don't need to export to Premiere first.
