Tampa, FL Agenda for April's Meeting 4/17/2004

OK, here are some items that need to be discussed:

Venue for Tampa side

SW Weekends

Paintball outing

Next Meeting date (3rd. weekend in May-this is the weekend that MGM SW weekends start)

Rotating Chairperson stars at this meeting- Jamie Cunninghame will be the chairperson April, May, June.

 

Event outings coming up

PAINTBALL - under way April 25th @ SHOWDOWNPAINTBALL in Spring Hill

Festival Of States Pariad in Downtown St. Pete this Saturday on the 10th, I cant make it, I have to work that day.

Other events I thinking of unless you guys have something else you want to do, i will talk about these at the meeting, for now I will just post the ideas, becuase they can change.

Star Wars Weekends start up

Bowling at the new Splitzville downtown @ Channelside

what ever new movies are coming out

and what ever else all of you might want to go out and do as a group please let me know.

 

Do I get a gavel?

I still need to get with you on what I need to be doing to prepare for that LOL I'm lost!

 

No prob. we can do that at the BBQ.

 

I got you a gavel Sunday at the flea market for a buck. It also works on bopping field mice or unrully SW fans on the head.

 

Lazar-Tag with a late June date. I need feedback on whether we go Group Rate or Rent. I can come up with a specific date until this is decided. (See post in the activities thread for more info)

 

Item is on backburner for now but can be presented at the monthly meeting.
