No that our club has some income again, perhaps we should think about lanyards with our picture and name. We could wear those to CIV. Thoughts?

We could make t-shirts with our pictures and names on them and combine these two threads

 

I am not for the lanyards with club pics, not everyone is going to CIV and I do not need my pic on it when i am right there just look at me, and if we all have the new shirts that will rep where we are from. if you want to know my name ask. and if i am having a convorsation with someone i am sure i have introduced myself.

 

Again here is a SAMPLE callendar for March and April I hope to make plans at the meeting so we know what to plan for and discuss at the following meetings

I know its a sample but it would be good to add TMNT to the calendar. The question is, are we doing a midnight or not?

 

Do we know there will be a midnight showing? I am down if there is.

 

Even if there's not we can always do like a 7pm on the opening night.

Talked with T-zer's this morning, they open at 10. Shirts, since our text is already stored there, are about $9 a shirt. Total cost then is about $110.

We should get everyone's sizes at the meeting and then go ahead with the Bronco colors. We had talked about balancing the order with part orange and blue, and another black on white. It might be prudent though to do two dozen shirts, a dozen for each color. It might be cheaper than 110X2 if the quanity is higher. I'll have to ask. We can discuss it more at the meeting.

should ask him if we order 12 white shirts with Black Letters and 12 Blue Shirts with orange letters how much it will be per shirt cause the tax will be 6% and if there is a price difference for bigger shirts. at 9.00 a shirt i have no problem ordering 2 or 3

 

The total cost may come to more than we currently have in club funds. Perhaps, if everyone wants the two different shirts, everyone could simply pitch in like ten extra bucks towards the shirts. That's only if we decide we want both colors right now.

 

I do not think Club Funds should pay for this any ways, This should be a order we do seperate and if we get at least a dozen ordered we go through with it if not we refund the money to members.
At 10.00 a shirt I will order 2.

 

Kasey and I thought about charging a little higher for the shirts than cost. That way the club makes a little money and $12.00 a shirt is not that terrible. We definately will discuss this at the meeting for sure.

 

I called T-zers and got an official cost with taxes for shirts, One dozen is the min order

that leaves 10 orders to be filled.

 

The club should go ahead and put money down for the order, and then like Eric said, we'll charge members or whoever wants a shirt $13.

So we'll make back what we spent plus a little extra...

Of course we should. I'm not going to just go out and buy t-shirts without the clubs consent. Plus, I don't even know sizes or how many yet. We'll probably vote on it at the RPG if everyone is there. If not, we'll put it to a vote at the next meeting.
