WE should discuss a time to do a club Photo of all members for the web page.

 

Good call. Ron, I'll have to burn my CIII pics to a disc and get them to you. They're on my moms computer.

 

By-Law Amendments are up for review in March lets start talking about this at the February meeting. I was reading the by-laws and there are some other inconsistencies that need to be cleaned up.

I'll talk to you about it latter its to hard to convey on the boards.

 

Just so you know after the new amendments are voted on I plan to edit the By-Laws and then print new updated copies. Your input is welcomes in stream lining them and making them more acurate.

 

Mainly I want to format them so they are easier to read.

 

The document on the website IS NOT the final copy. After I rewrite it I will provide the Webmaster with a better copy of the By-Laws to post on the website.

My Grandfather passed away this morning. The Funeral will either be Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. Kasey if I can't be at the meeting would you take the minutes and post them?

Sorry to hear about your grand father, Eric my thoughts are with your family.

 

Just a reminder that those planning on rooming with us at CIV, this meeting is your deadline for getting money to Ron. There are no guarantees that the rooms will still be available after this date.
