It was also one of the objects in the Asgardian vault in Thor.
So, The Clairvoyant?
Something that we haven't discussed yet is that AIM was mentioned last week, alongside Centipede and HYDRA.
You know, there's a fair possibility that it will turn out Skye is somehow responsible for the resurrection.
Ha! If AOS turns into a backdoor pilot for The Twelve, I'd be rather thrilled. Though the lack of nudity might make the big reveal in the plot difficult to pull off...
Good to know they're still around.
So Skye is a Jimmy Kimmel stalker.
I'm thinking that with Sif appearing, she's going to be not from Asgard, but one of the other realms. Course, she could be from Asgard.
ABC exec says the has some problems
Major Marvel character to appear (spoilers)
And giant about-turn in fanboy opinions on SHIELD in 5...4...3...
Not in any way going to say I expected this news, but anyone that wasn't prepared for some twists and things they have been prepping from day one is an idiot.
Haha see? You are so stupid, Ross.
Deathlok's a major Marvel character? The last I heard of him was a bad joke in an issue of Wizard eleven years ago.
EDIT: I say bad joke, but I really mean "Who's more badass: John Locke, or Deathlok?" and it was a list and I laughed.
I keep reading his name as Dethklok. Now that would have been a cool story development.
So, 2/4 of the AOS mystery setups revealed- now we just need the ID of the Clairvoyant (happening by season's end) and the nature of Skye's 0-8-4.
I would suspect Skye's history to carry over, with some reveal in the season finale. Possibly in connection with the Clairvoyant.
Yeah, i suspect we'll get some kind of reveal of what her powers are, but they'll leave the mystery of her origins (as well as her learning to control or replicate the use of her powers) as a carry over for next season.
I wouldn't call him A-list, but there's been a couple of attempts at making a Deathlok movie. He's more important than, say, Graviton.
I seem to recall Graviton being in Acts of Vengeance. Didn't see Deathlok there. Just saying.
Megadeth made a song about Deathlok.
Apparently Lorelei (The Enchantress's younger sister) will also appear in the Sif episode. Didn't see that mentioned earlier. Wonder if that's laying the groundwork for The Enchantress to be the main villain for Thor 3?
Or maybe in a Loki spinoff. I remember Tom Hiddleston saying how he wanted Enchantress to show up as an 'ally' of Loki
It's understandable that they use the name Mike Peterson, because if they had used the name of the 90's character, it would have been a dead giveaway.
