So, now the real question is...

... what "cargo" was that ship carrying?

Guessing something alien related given the xenophobia 'real'SHIELD seems to have in droves.

So, for the comic readers, or people interested in comics:
Our teleporting friend, Gordon, made his first appearance in today's Uncanny Inhumans #0. As (apparently) a new and distinct character from Reader.

    Thank you for the info!

I automatically supplied 'Bamf' with Gordon, hard habit to break, I guess.

4/14 episodes is entitled "Melinda" and should resolve "The Cavalry" story finally. :)

Nice to see Deathlok back, that return was awesome. Honestly was expecting Koenig to have been the back up.

    edit
    Also...
Dang, Simmons really is Bobbi's achilles heel, this is twice in a row she's played her.

My ABC station mistakenly played local commercials instead of the post credit scene tonight. Can someone tell me what it was.

Fitz has the toolbox, he switched it with a fake one. He and Simmons played everyone, it was all part of their plan. He also finds Simmons made him his favorite sandwich

Loved the Winter Soldier tie in with the sledgehammer being used on the cabin being the same one they used to break into Fury's car.

    So...

    1) Did Cal know his wife was alive this whole time? If so that explains how he knew so much about the diviner and why he wanted to guide Skye
    2) Or, did he just find out after Gordon took him?

IF it is option 1, then what did he do that has Gordon so ticked off?

Also, saw the Simmons and Fitz thing coming the minute Fitz pulled up the hologram. Very happy to see FitzSimmons working together again and reminding us they are always 100% Team Coulson.

I was really skeptical of the 'Inhumans' thing as an X-Men substitute, but it's doing its own thing really well at this point. I feel like the show is finally reaching its stride; Whedon's best attributes are coming to the fore as the 'fleshing out' period ends and he gets to stretch his legs in a 'minor league' superhero setting. Just finished watching and I'm still a little gleeful.

Also just found out about this easter egg.

    From 'The Things We Bury'

Daniel Whitehall: Then why? What do you have to gain?
Cal: I have nothing to lose. I’ve lost everything important to me. And I want to kill those who took it… and finally be reunited with my family.
    Whitehall: Reunited?
    Cal: In the afterlife.

and what is the city called where his family now lives... Afterlife.

Yeah, another episode with a lot to like. The SHIELD civil war plotline is pulling off the spy stuff well (and the backup was a genuine surprise) while at the same time the Inhuman plotline is remaining interesting. It's always good when you feel dissapointed hat the scene focus is shifting away from the one you're watching- no matter which one it is that you're currently watching.

I just think this season has done a much better job of going from "enjoyable" to "I can't wait to see the next episode". Because, don't get me wrong, I enjoyed season 1, and I enjoy it even more on the rewatch I'm doing. But season 2 has been, with maybe 2 episodes being an exception, phenomenal. Not in terms of great pieces of art, but in terms of captivating me and making me want to watch next week. It's no longer "I want to watch because I enjoy Marvel" it's "I want to watch because I care about what's happening on the show". Great improvement.

I like it because the Inhumans plotline is being well-developed, and because I feel like I'm enjoying Marvel again for good reasons because the show isn't over-dependent on the films *the Inhumans comics, for me, were a very long time ago and thus fuzzily remembered*

It would be a treat if Skye embraces her inner Elsa and sings 'Let It Go' at some point.

Is this also acting as an Agent Carter thread?

Because I JUST realized Dr. Fenhoff (creepy Russian hypotist) from Agent Carter is RIC OLIE.

I'm loving the show and their wonderful plotlines, I hope we get at least five seasons!
