    There does seem to be some foreshadowing going on. Not just with Fitz sitting all the way up the back and looking at Simmons/Ward (the two stronger relationships he had in Season 1), but also Skye is looking off at something else, and you have May watching her also.

    Trip not being upgraded doesn't have to mean more than they aren't 100% sure of the full dynamic they want going forward. Or it could be there is a clash with existing projects and he can't commit to every episode just yet.

    Or they don't want to up his pay from recurring to full cast member, or the story plans simply don't recquire him to be added full time.

    Just watched the first season and liked it well enough to look forward to the second.

    Is it perfect? No, but "I found it!" instantly made up for any flaws it has. [face_laugh]

    Skimmed the box set this evening (about to start a multi-installment Phase 2 rewatch with some friends including AOS in a couple weeks so I'm holding off rewatching it in it's entirety) and a couple interesting points in the episodes I dabbled in and in the deleted scenes:

    -A lot of early Ward moments do work with his background secondary meaning.
    -There's a great couple of deleted/extended scenes with Fitz & Simmons that show their different interpretations of events leading up to their teaming up at the academy.

    Wow, love that poster. Having their shadows form the feathers was a great idea. And Ward facing the wrong way with a line drawn between him and the others is a nice touch as well.
