Ages in NJO

Does anyone know how old Han,Leia, and Kyp are in Vector Prime?

 

Ummm I believe Han is somewhere in his early 50's, Leia and Luke are somewhere in their 40's and Kyp is probably around 30 something.......if that helps at all

 

It doesn't matter since in the GFA, no one ages. They all look like they did 25 years ago. Esp. Mara, who is like an 18-yr-old sex kitten even tho she is pushing 50.

 

Leia is 18 in ANH. That would make her about 44.

Han is about 8 years older, so that makes him 52, give or take aging while he was in carbon freeze.

Luke is the same age as Leia.

Kyp is 16 at the time of the JAT, seven years after Endor. That makes him about 31 at the start of the invasion.

Also, the life expectancy for the GFFA has never been established, but it is pretty clear that it is longer than our life expectancy. I would say that living to 120 for a human is not out of the question.

Yes she is, which would make her 49 at the start, and wellover 50 in the current books.

The topic poster didn't ask about Mara, though.

 

In ANH, the ages were 18 for Luke and Leia, 29 for Han

So in Vector Prime, Luke and Leia would be 43, Han would be 54.

 

Actuley in ANH Luke was 18 and Leia was older, 20 I think.

Later revised to the same age hence the twin thing was kinda screwing that age up...

 

Actually, originally, Lucus meant for Leia to be 16, and Luke 20. It's even in the novelization that Luke is 20. But after he decided that they were twins, he split the difference and decided that they were 18 in ANH.

 

Kyp is 17 in JS, making him 32.
Jacen and Jaina were 16
Anakin 14.5
The thing that bothers me is that we NEVER know how old Lando is, and Luke is described as being short, so why is it that Mara (tall) has to stand on tip toe to kiss Shorty?

Anakin was 18 at his time of death, and the twins are 19 at the current time point. The first book is 22 years after Endor.

Anakin was 17 when he died and the twins were 18. It said in the book. Then, by Rebel Stand, at least, the twins are 19.

Where does it say that Mara is 5 years older than Luke? In TTT is says that they're about the same age and that's all I've ever heard.

I think in the Han Solo trilogy it says Lando is a few years older than Han.

They meant that's how it was in the original version, but George Lucas revised it several times before he made the movies and now, officially, they were 18 in A New Hope.

Heres one for ya: How old is Wedge?

 

I'm guessing wedge might be anywhere from 2 years younger to 2 years older than Luke......I have this old star wars program that showed biographies of the characters on a screensaver and wedge was one and I can't remember but he might have been 16 in ANH.....or he might have been 20.....

And, Mara can't be 5 years older than Luke.....I don't care what Lucasfilm says.....she and Luke are the same age........

 

I read in the SW Insider that Mara's age was officially "unknown" but she was about 2 years younger than Luke. If my memory serves me right anyways.... (it is 1:30 am)
