Those sketches are gorgeous! I love the Bastilla one, sketches are suppost to be sketchey, not totally neat like most people do! (I couldn't do a neat sketch even if someone paid me!)

Squeeeeeeeeeeeee! I remember you! From...somewhere! (Gee, that sounded smart.) I <3-ed your stuff then and I still <3 it now. Omg, your Leia is adorable--she's manga-style yet she looks distinctively like Carrie. I'd melt into a quivering puddle of goo if you did a manga Lukie.

Ive_Got_Two_Legs: Thanks! I haven't watched much anime myself in the last few years...I'm more addicted to TV dramas like LOST, BSG Glad that you like the 'So cute!' comics too; I had to draw them after T3 seemed to get an upgrade in the cute factor in K2!

Wow, those sketchcards are wonderful! Your style is beautiful, a gorgeous mix of manga style and Star Wars. Such vibrant colour and bold lineart, really makes for work that stands out uniquely. The Aayla Secura art is particularly wonderful, nice choice of blue and brown tones. I also really like your suggested backgrounds, adds a nice interest and splash of complementing colour. Beautiful work and can't wait to see more really soon!

Like Corellian_Rogue, I'm especially fond of the Aayla card--the wonderful colors, her great expression and the detailing on her lekku and costume are just great! The Leia pieces are great, too: in the first one, she almost looks like she might be dancing for Jabba...

And Obi Wan just looks fabulous--very noble and self-assured, just as I imagine he always looked. The body pose is my favorite, mostly because of that sort of dashing, wind-blown look to him there...

As the others have said, the Aayla sketch has great use of colors.

I really like your Leia sketches, especialy the first one. It's a very realistic Leia-like pose, while at the same time... And believe me, not all Slave Leia art gets that out of me

But even though Leia has that to back her up, I'd have to say my absolute favorite is your first Obi-Wan. It's is just wonderful. It shows Obi-Wan being what we have always thought of him as: a Jedi Knight. I love the pose. It's very descriptive of a Jedi Knight, and very dramatic. Not to mention he simply looks really really cool

Great job! I can't wait to see more of your work!

Whoops, it's been a while @_@ Just finished a deadline today, so I'm indulging in a bit of surfing before the cold hard reality of GET-BACK-TO-WORK sets in...I thought I'd might as well post up some recent SW-related art stuff while I'm at it. A) My Secret Santa art for the Kotorfanmedia Livejournal Community, based on someone's request for Master Kavar inciting jealousy from Atton & Disciple in his familiarity with Exile. Relatively older art, but I'm finding that fangirls get a kick out of the jealous boys in the back

B) The obligatory KOTOR-flavoured Valentine's Day art I did back in February. I was planning to colour it, but that has yet to happen

C) My entry for The KFM @ LJ Be My Valentine Contest. Usually I would go for the Atton Rand x FemExile combo, but this time I decided to do a Handmaiden x MaleExile for a change.

D) My first post to the Fanart100 Livejournal community. The first prompt I chose was 'Choices' since one of KOTOR II's themes deals with choices and the consequences that come with them, especially on the Exile's alignment. Will she become a wise Jedi Master, or will she embrace the power that comes with becoming a Sith Lord?

E) Yay, OT art! This is a quickly-done entry for a Princess Leia Fan Art Contest organized in the Darth Artsy Livejournal Community.

F) Commissioned art featuring KOTOR's Male!Revan and Bastila, a coupling I haven't done before on account of being partial towards the Female!Revan scenario, eh-heh.

G) ...But fret not, Carth Onasi-loving sisters! I countered the Male!Revan chi with something Female!Revan x Carth. This is one of the many cute banter exchanges between them; I just HAD to choose the "You Hairless Wookiee!" option when he started patronizing her over his trust issues in Undercity Taris. Upon revision, the actual line is "Don't tell me not to take it personally, you hairless wookiee!". "Blah blah blah Calm down" was somehow wired in my brain ;_;

Awesome update(s)! All of those are awesome but my most favourite-ones are those two Obi-Wan pieces and that 'Hairless wookie'
Also the MaleExile and Handmaiden piece is beutiful.
It's just shame I haven't Kotor 2. Yet... Have to find it somewhere.
Kotor 1 is just too good game!
Anyways...

Awesome update Aimo!!! All of these are just gorgeous!! Your sketchcards look just fabulous--you must be so proud of them! And I just love seeing some of the "sketchier" pieces--the numerous lines and sweeping motion give them such a great energy! The one you did of Jedi Master Luke is absolutely great!! I can so imagine him saying this (particularly in the DN: TSW novel! ) to someone he's about to soundly paste! All of this update is just gorgeous--we're so happy for you on the sketchcards, and so glad to see new work in here!
