Sac, CA aj's new jedi robe

mike that fabric you gave me last night i used today to make the robe it looks so great. i have to thank you again i'll post pictures so you guys can see.

 

that was FAST AJ! Think you could put a hem on my tabbards that fast?

 

tabbards are easy. sure

i am amazed how good it looks it took me and my mom 2 hours total to do it.

 

I currently have a robe I just got, but I'm dying it black for my Halloween costume (I'm gonna be Harry Potter). I guess I can dye it brown again when I'm done, unless it's cool with me having a black one.

if I got more material could we get more cloaks made for our extras? ?? please please.

i'd pitch in for it, we need a few more to interchange for the montage and council scene.

I'm almost finished hemming my tabbards. I love my little hand sewing machine, you know, the ones they sell on infomercials and 3 am. I got all the sides nearly done, but about 8 inches from the bottom of the last side....I ran out of thread!!!! So I went and got more today and also picked up a bit of muslin so I might add a panel to my tunic to make it a bit bigger. Costuming is FUN! I just wish I had more time to do it. Darn Physics and Genetics always getting in the way.
