I hope we get to see more ISA ( Imperial Security Agents) in the future as well. Or more Imperial Officers. Like Rae Slaone.

 

What I'd really love to see is Imperial Security Officers:

Kallus gets an A+ from me, especially for the whole exchange with Zeb.

 

Spark of Rebellion didn't make him seem evil to me, just a man devoted to keeping rebellions from popping up. In fact, he seemed almost likable in a noble-yet-not-good kind of way. But Droids in Distress...yeah, dude's a maniac.

 

I hate him. I think he is boring and dull. Not really worthy of such a high honor as one of the main villians, he is too generic. He would be better as just one of 4 or 5 repeating Star Destroyer Commanders than what they seem to want to make him out to be. I would prefer a more Tarkin/Dooku type imperial officer as a main villian with the Inquisitor playing the Darth Vader/Grevious role.

 

I hope he hides this side of himself when he is conversing with non-rebels. Th Empire would attract psychopaths and maniacs and I think Kallus is one of those.

 

And The Head of the ISA is someone who we should all Remember from the clone wars I would love to see Yularen again.

 

Hope Thrawn appears and releases Kallus out've the airlock for his repeated blunders like a cobra commander from ARAH cartoon.

 

Having Thrawn show up would be amazing even hearing about him would be good.

 

I hope Thrawn doesn't rant and scream in a ridiculous high pitched voice like the Cobra Commander.

 

Kallus is Cobra Commander, not Thrawn.

Kallus is probably one of the best villains that have been introduced to Rebels. I mean, at least the guy knows how to fight and isn't an incompetent like the rest of the Imperial officers.

 

I get the feeling you hate every villain who isn't Maul.

 

Cobra Commander wears blue clothes, and Thrawn is blue, the signs are obvious. Thrawn is Cobra Commander

 

Yea fantastic deduction, Kallus is Baroness then.

 

In case y'all didn't know or notice, Kallus is actually voiced by David Oyelowo who has actually had something of a bang-up year with being the lead in "Selma" as Martin Luther King (and he also has a but decently performed role in "A Most Violent Year" and is in "Interstellar" as well). I actually wanna kinda go back and rewatch Kallus' mega-evil throwdown with Zeb again because I remember really enjoying his performance there. (And he also delivers the uber-dramatic "SPARK.... of REBELLION!" line in the first episode). I think I saw there was concept art of Kallus as a black guy which I actually wish they kept only because then there might be a chance we could see Kallus played by Oyelowo pop up in the live action / spin-off film / whatever stuff that Disney may have planned. He's a hellova actor. Hope the show keeps him around.

I imagine if Kallus was ever to "fail for the last time" his punishment would be getting his mutton chops shaved off

 

BTW, I was really surprised that the same guy who voices Agent Kallus also played MLK Jr in Selma (great movie btw). Dang, that guy's got range as an actor.

 

I know, right? The Inquisitor is neat and all but I suddenly want an almost entirely Kallus-centric episode now where he basically just has a series of menacing monologues that'll let Oyelowo go crazy with a few bursts of insanely evil laughter .
