What you call "binary sunset" is usually called the "Force theme", one of the few musical themes that appears in every movie.
There are close to 100 appearances of the theme through the six movies.

I don't think you've posted the one from Revenge of the Sith which is during the track "Goodbye Old Friend and Landing on Utapau." That's my favorite variation of the Force Theme or Binary Sunset or whatever you wanna call it.
