Who are these ppl, Anne? I think we should update the list from time to time. Could be useful when we have to book some rooms.

 

How about if you post a thread that invites whoever wants to attend the meeting... All one has to do is just sign up! This way we 'll keep a score and the list will be up to date...

I believe London to be too big and too too too too too (got the point?) expensive for us. Trust me I have heard things. I will be in Glasgow until Mid July plus I'll be in a Uni student flat. So if you want to meet in UK, anytime until mid-July. After that Greece. And I don't think I'll have enough money...

And Scotland is much nicer than England.

 

Oh please OOAO, if you're in Glasgow you catch a train and go to London for a day, can't you?

VaGG, Anne has posted this everywhere in Europe and here is the meeting thread. I don't think there's need for several threads like this one... People just have to come here and say if they're interested.

London is expensive, though... I have to agree on OOAO on this one... perhaps you might want to reconsider...

I don't think we'd come for more than a couple of days... maybe 3 or 4... but no more because I agree with you on the "expensive city, " point.

London is a great city, I agree, but maybe a continental city, would be easier for some of us to get there.
I would try to come to every city that the majority choose.

 

As some of the UK people mentioned on our board we'd love to come but some of us can only make it if it's in London due to money.
If you guys know how much you want to spend on a hotel we can help search for reasonable ones for you guys.

Post a poll where we can vote for the country.
Include all the countries mentioned in this thread (+ some more). In fact why not post a double poll (First choise Country & Second Choice Country). This way we can have an alternative solution in case we have a tie in the first one.

There is no point discussing prices, hotels and stuff without even having concluded on the country... IMHO.

An advantage of some of teh continatel country are that with 2002 the Euro becomes complettly offical, so there is less money to change.
I think London or Brussel are not bad.

 

This big European FF meeting sounds great to me, though it'll have to be very well organized.

I'm interested in going, if it's in London or somewhere in the UK, since I'm probably going there next summer (depends on weather I have enough money and on how good my grades are) and I'll be most likely meeting some people from another board.

About the acomodations, I think that the youth hostels are good, but what about camping parks? That's where me and a friend will be staying if we really go.

Hi everyone! Lynx from FF Nordic checking in. I'm definately interested in going and my vote goes to London. The UK will probably have the earliest release date and unless something really strange happens, it won't be dubbed.
