Despite speculation to the contrary, however, there will be no Episode VII content.

Hopefully, we'll get something at D23 or Celebration Europe II though.

I get the feeling we won't hear diddly squat on these movies until next year.
It's driving me nuts too. I'm starting to think they haven't even got a script yet.

 

I'm calling it:
CE 2: cast announcement.

If nothing there, then nothing at all until this time NEXT year.

 

By this time next year, the movie has in all likelihood finished, or is close to finishing, principal photography. While it's likely an announcement will be made at CEII, it could also take place during the D23 expo.

 

Don't even joke about that.

 

I had the weirdest dream last night about a CE announcement, they showed a clip of Luke, Leia and Han in a corridor talking, they all looked ace and as they walked towards the screen the 3 actors walked out to thunderous applause. Damn I need to get a life, or some info!

 

I wish I'd had that dream! I want to see something about Episode VII, even if it's fake!

 

I had a dream the other night that I was in the theater watching Episode 7 and the opening scene was in a laboratory and some robots were cloning Anakin and Palpatine. I got up and walked out and went to go to my favorite bar, and the bar wasn't there.

 

By far, one of the best movie trailers EVER.

 

Obi-Wan's narration, "Lord Vader, can you hear me?" "Yes Master" "Rise" Then we see Vader rise. Should have ended there. I wanted to see that in the movie so bad.

 

If we can get some sort of 10 second trailer even remotely close to this in the next few months, I will die happy.

 

Given KK & Hamill & Fisher are going to be at CE2 I expect some sort of announcement will be made.

I'm going to it, so any info that comes to light during the event I will know about.

 

I'm guessing it will be during D23 as rumored. Hamill and Fisher were both at Celebration VI last year so seeing them both go to celebrations isn't a massive surprise.

 

But the President of Lucasfilm is a different matter.

This is the single biggest Star Wars event of the year, and probably for next couple of years. If they were going to announce anything big, it will be there amongst the fans or at a big name con like Comic-Con or Dragon Con (which they haven't done).
