The question is clearly all the sith lords are dead. We know Kylo collecting artifacts of sith's but it would be real dumb if he learns how to use dark power from them. Some one needs to train him as y'all know.

    Who would that be?

Well, no one knows if all Sith are dead. And why is him training himself impossible? The first darksider didn't have anyone to train them either at some point in the past. Not to mention, with Palpatine having a large collection of Sith and Jedi artifacts, including holocrons, there are plenty of things around the Galaxy for him to collect that might give him information about the force.

There are only two sith lords anyway. Vader and Sidious and they both dead. Who's supposed to know dark arts and teach him?

Well, one doesn't have to be a Sith Lord to know the Darkside.

Well u cant learn how to be a Sith from holocrons. They might teach u history and some moves but thats clearly not enough. Not at all

Supposedly there is a sith who was in hiding during the whole OT and reveals himself in TFA acting as a mentor to Kylo. Or maybe no real sith trains him, he just studies ancient sith texts and history and starts new from there, reviving the sith from scratch.

We don't know whether he is a Sith Lord, carrying a red bladed lightsaber and wearing dark robes doesn't automatically make him a Sith. However I doubt he won't be a Sith by the time we get to the end of Ep VII, the whole point of the saga is The Jedi vs The Sith.

Exactly. Going to the darkside is supposed to be easy. Letting your emotions and darker thoughts motivate and fuel your Force usage is a temptation for all force users. It should be easier to be a self-taught darksider than to learn how to use the lightside of the Force.

That said, Kylo is apparently learning at least a few things from Uber. Who he is and how he knows what he knows is probably going to be further explored in Episode VIII.

We know that Bane, Sidious, Tryanus, and Vader are dead. Maul is still alive and I doubt he will be in the ST. That leaves Plagueis. Sidious said he was dead, but we know that Sidious also said that only one has achieved the power to cheat death. My money is on Plagueis being "Uber."

Why? It would be something new and perhaps interesting if he is attempting to rebuild the Sith. As far as the movie flopping if that is the case, well, that's just not true. That's impossible.

But if Sidious and Vader combined as Sidious claimed they may have learned that power too. May be the conscience of Sidious survived somehow and Vader chose to let his merge with the Force.

Maul was quasi-resurrected in Clone Wars and given robotic legs and torso. His arc continue in the Maul comics and he was still alive at the end of that series.

I'm open to the possibility that Sidious learned or actually knew how to cheat death himself, he just kept that secret to himself. He didn't seemed concerned about dying in ROTJ, so maybe he had that trick up his sleeve.

Apparently it's Andy Serkis' character "Uber", although we don't know his true identity yet. He's most likely an ancient Sith Lord that's been resurrected, or one that's been in hiding the whole time. Plagueis has always been a good candidate, because he delved into immortality, and could have tricked Sidious into thinking he killed him.
