I did however just discover that he's apparently a schizophrenic, according to his mom, and was off his meds (or so she says). That actually makes a lot of sense, in regards to how strange he's become as an adult. He was my friend on Facebook for a long time and he used to act REALLY weird on there. I spoke to him several times and he was very awkward. As a kid, he seemed extremely outgoing. But the older he got, I thought he could possibly be slightly autistic. I guess the role of Anakin really destroyed his psyche. I wonder if Ahmed Best is gonna be the next to flip?

Ahmed Best seems fine and well-adjusted in every interview I've seen him do over the years. I don't think he really let the Jar Jar hate get to him in the long run.

And Ahmed even voiced Jar Jar in the clone wars even after all the hate.
