First up, I'd like to say that I love your art work Import_Jedi...Great Job!

As promised, I said I would deliver you a poster and here it is. It's not great, and it's still a work in progress as I can move things around and change things if I need too. I'm not as good as most of you on here, but I hope you like what I created so far. I tried to go for the Drew Struzan look.

 

Just love the tiny lone trooper right in the middle, going with his tiny voice "Yeah, I'm gonna **** you all up, yeah!"

 

Thanks for the compliment, Obi-Wan_01 Are you referring to those two square boxes above the pilot's head? lol, they're suppose to be air vents or something...that's what I get for being too detailed. Kinda

CarboniteSolo, I love it! MVS looks great in the black Imp officer uniform, and Christie looks suitably intimidating in her gray uniform. Not to mention how awesome it is to see Mark Hamill in Jedi garb!

I shared this on the Rebel Base thread but I Figured it belonged here also. I'm new to photoshopping so sorry if it looks bad. I want to try different background plates, the possibilities are endless

 

The meaning behind the black X-Wing seems pretty clear: there are elements of the former Rebellion that are corrupt/have become corrupt.

Perhaps Driver or his family were once proud members of the Rebellion but now seek to twist the Republic for their own dark interests.

 

Or, it just looks cool.

You two may be correct. But I doubt it!

I think JJ and company are trying to retain depth in the visual field of SW. That means the color of ships -- especially blatant symbolic colors like black -- will probably symbolize something (in the poster above, seeing the blue X-Wing in juxtaposition of the black X-Wing suggests the possible symbolic content). But maybe not.

You're right -- it does just look cool too.

Well if you put your stuff out there then I will be completely honest that some of these posters and stuff are absolutely hilarious. Most are great though.

 

Clone trooper has a baby stormie... brilliant.

 

Made this earlier tonight out of boredom. made kinda quickly with acrylic...didn't quite turn out how I wanted it to. there's more detail on it, but the lighting was bad where i took the photo.

Good production quality. I enjoyed the tennis ball on a pole hitting you and the director saying to be scared of the left head but amazed at the right.

 

Indeed...it was rather funny. The ending was completely unexpected.

Totally saw a CG double standing in for Solo. Or, more like Solololol

 

This could have been a funny commentary about the overuse of CGI. Too bad it turned into something else.
