Yes he is. He's a professional comic artist known mostly for his work on 2000 AD.

That's a terrific image: like the camo flavor of the image. I wonder if he's giving Marvel / Disney hints he wants to do concept art for the film or a book based on Felicia's character in Rogue One. Jock is doing very well as a film concept artist these days, why not another 2000 AD alum?

I missed a few in the previous batch, the BB and Max one is adorable and I think the Hawaiian Trooper is my favorite of that series.
