It occured to me that it would be easier to keep track of voting on our "nickname" if we start a poll. So far these seem like the front-runners (I threw in Mos Cleveland for those who can't decide between Jedi and Imperial/Sith). Let's go from here: I set this poll to close around May 1st (45 days): we should have had 3 meetings by then, and it will give us time before Celebration II/AotC release to become official.
REMEMBER: You're only going to get one vote on this, so think about it before you vote. I changed my mind from the "All we need..." topic; and this is my final decision. I like it because my greeting on my cell phone is "Jedi Knight" so it would fit into our FanForce nickname.
Good call, I wanted to have a poll system too, I just didn't know how to set one up. P.S. Vote JKOC! Vote now! Vote now! Vote now!
JKOC ROCKS HEHE!
The Jedi Knights of Cleveland
The Force of the North Coast.
I like the sound of that.
Jedi Knights of Cleveland is cool. But what about the Padawans?
Also why just Knights why not Masters.
Knights is sort of a neutral term. It is implied that you are eventually going to attain the status of Knight, Padawan. Think about what TC-14 says to the Neimodians in the first minutes of TPM, "I believe the ambassadors are Jedi Knights sir." And Obi-Wan is still a Padawan. So don't feel left out because you are a Padawan. And obviously, if you are a Jedi Master, then you've already attained the status of Knight. So saying Jedi Knights doesn't seem to un-PC to me.
No votes for my "Jedi Rocks!"
I actually like Anrev's "The Force of the North Coast."
Fanforce Cleveland- The Force of the North Coast.
However, I will abide by the council's decission.
I have an idea. Since it appears that we will be referred to as the Jedi Knights Of Cleveland, we could always add a subtitle (like the SW movies) to it, because I also personally like "The Force Of The Northcoast." So I suggest we refer to ourselves as "The Jedi Knights Of Cleveland: The Force Of The Northcoast." I think it has a catcy ring to it.
Yeah, that does sound cool.
Hey Padawan, just a little bit ago, I was going "What about those of us who are Masters?" (Hint, see signature. ) I think TheRandomMenace explained it well.
Thats EXACTLY what I ment when I typed it.
Yeah Anrev, I'm totally down with that name. It sounds way cool. Way to represent, C-Town!
The Cleveland Imperial Senate! The Cleveland Imperial Senate! The Cleveland Imperial Senate! That name totally rocks, am I the only one who see's this?
The Cleveland Imperial Senate is a great name , one of strength and fear! I wouldn't mind the name "The Sith Lords of Cleveland" or something sinister like that...too bad most of you like those damned goodie-goodie Jedi low-lifes lol ...j/k!
This comment from someone using the name "Reborn JEDI"? WTF?
LOL TheRandomMenace the Reborn Jedi aren't Jedi at all, silly! They are introduced in the new PC game , Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, which is due March 27. They seem to be neither Jedi nor Sith, but have a more sinister agenda. I don't know much about them though, not until I get the game lol.
Sorry, I'm not much of a fan of EU stuff.
...And kind of explained in your signature.
So far it is a toss between the Sith and the Jedi. Maybe we should pick out of those two. Since they seem to be the only ones being voted on .
HEY REBORN-JEDI! The game will be out on either March 28(not 27th), or at the latest date April 3rd.
Hey JediKnightPasJoDacle it IS the 27th if you order from Electronics Boutique online...they offer a kickass deal, it's free shipping and also a free tshirt with preorder! I already preordered mine so while all of you are going out to get the game, I'll be playing it while wearing the new t-shirt
Actually since you preordered the game on the web site, they will ship it too you house, which means that you will not get it for another 2-3 days AFTER the release date. This is due to the fact that they start shiping ON the release date. So in actuallity, I'll be playing it before you.
That's why I never preorder on a web site, if ur going to preorder, do it IN THE STORE. That way they hold a copy of the game for you when it comes in...ergo, you get it on the release date.
c'mon cleveland imperial senate!!!!!! whohooo
So far the Jedi are beating the Imperials.
