ST Am I the only person who likes all 7 films?

Seriously, it seems like there are two crowds, those who like the Prequel and Original trilogies, and those who liked the Original Trilogy and TFA. There doesn't seem to be many who like them all. Am I the only one?

 

Nope there are other people, I like the PT, not as much, but I respect them for what they are and what they brought to the story.

 

Different strokes for different folks. We all have our favourites. Some people don't like TFA while others dislike the PT. Others like yourself like them all. As long as you're not dumping on others for having a different opinion it's all good. Personally I'm not all that fond of the PT but I don't begrudge anyone for feeling differently.

 

I don't like any of them.

 

I thought there were only 4 films.

 

I really like all 7 also. I like parts in each film to be honest. And i dislike parts in each of the films also....
If i had to rate them from best to worst, i would say honestly that i cant really separate A New Hope, Empire, Return Of The Jedi and The Force Awakens and Revenge of the Sith. They are all pretty much equal in my eyes

The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones are a level down below the other 5, but i still enjoy watching them

I love all 7 movies! I still have a ranking to them but I enjoy each and everyone (even you AoTC's)

Saying that, there is definitely a large amount of Tribalism in the Star Wars Fandom.

Off the top of my head we have the:

OT Only Fans (Who may or may not like the ST)
PT Only Fans (Who may or may not like the ST)
Saga Fans who call the Disney films "Fanfiction"
Saga Fans who like all the Saga (ME!)
Legends Fan who hate everything Disney

Theres probably even more I cant think of

Most Prequel fans like TFA, there's a poll on the Prequel forum and it's averaging like a 7.2 or something out of 10.

Your perception is being skewed by a very small, but very loud subset of people who are constantly bashing TFA (and many of them happen to be PT fans).

I like all 8 films. Now that's a rare opinion.

I won't say I love them all or that they don't have problems, but they are (at least somehow) enjoyable and interesting. Plus I love Space Opera and it's rarely done in films.

There are some I like more then others, there are some I like less then others but which are which is for me to know and for you guys to bring me pizza.

Oyyy…….j/k. It's really not that bad. Okay, it's bad. But, it's not awful.

 

I love 4, 5, and 7, and like 6 mostly. I think 1-3 are complete garbage and would rather they didn't exist. I would prefer 'the mystery' and my imagination to explain the backstory over the drivel that Lucas wrote.

This pretty much exactly matches my feelings. I love all 7, and while episodes 1 and 2 are easily my least favorite SW movies, I still enjoy them more than the vast majority of other movies out there.

Edit: Oh, and the holiday special? Not so much, thanks.
