Yep it's all over french TV here. Apparently 2 marines on leave saw the guy foing to the train WC with a large (sports?)bag and found it suspect. Then they heard charging/cocking noises from behind the door. When the guy came out again, they overpowered him, but not without getting hurt themselves.
Apparently the guy had firearms (most notably an AK) and bladed weapons in his bag.
I'd say those marines are good candidates for a MoH because they most certainly prevented an imminent massacre.
