Buff, NY American Heart Association Walk - September 15

What: American Heart Association Walk
When: Sunday September 15
Where: Coca Cola Field
Time: Festivities begin at 8am. We would need to arrive by 7:30.

The AHA (American Heart Association) has invited us to make an appearance at their annual fundraiser and help kick off the walk. This is a very easy appearance with posing for pictures and walking a very short distance at the start of the walk, then stepping aside to get out of costume.

There will NOT be a group table and we've been asked to bring our costumes to this event. Depending on the number of costumers attending, we may have a need for a costume support person or two. Once we have a list of attendees, we will further determine our needs.

Parking is free for the appearance and we will be able to change inside the ballpark at our usual designated room. For anyone attending a NR event at Coca Cola Field, i will make sure to have someone to direct you to the changing room.

The band I work for is playing this, so I will already be there. Opens up a lot of options for getting on stage!!! And the sound guy will be in costume!

Of course Greivous could always show up or maybe a Jedi, then again if I can get the helmet done a Mando could show up.....

Upon further consideration, I realized that I can't fit any of my costuming stuff in my car with a full load of audio gear, so I will be behind the mixer with one of my SWN Bisons jerseys on
