i am free all of those days exept for the 17th and 24th during the daytime but i can in the evening so were are we having this at? this sounds GREAT!!!

sry i couldent find u guys at k days i got there a little later than i wanted to and my cell batt ran out so i couldent call berx but i will deffinitly make it to this if we are still doin it.

I've made plans for the weekend of the 25th. SO I'm not available that weekend or the weekend before as things stand right now.

 

Im good so far for any of those dates.

I am new here as well, though I lived in Edmonton for a year ages and ages ago...

All the dates sound great so far, will know for certain later on.

So where is it and what day did we plan?

 

Just working on it now actually... trying to figure out what days work best for the most people.

 

Okay, this is what I have come up with so far.

The weekend of the 18th and 19th is OUT totally and completely. There are like 5 people who have something going on that weekend, so we will scratch that off right now.

Only one person so far (Steve) has said they can't make Sept 11th or 12th while two people (Sahiri and Dark Padawan) have said they can't make the 25th/26th. Since they are both "new" people, and that is the whole point of this BBQ, I would have to say that we will probably be leaning towards the 11th/12th for this.

Is there anybody else who absolutely cannot make the weekend of the 11th/12th? Or can we call that the weekend we are going to have this? 11th as the day, with the 12th as a backup in case of severe bad weather on the 11th.

I can on the 12th...but not the 11th. I have a wedding to go to.

 

I was thinking that if the weather holds up, Sir Wilfred Laurier worked well for the last one...

If it is really cool out, I could hold it at my place so people will be able to retreat inside, but that would involve trying to borrow an actual BBQ and stuff...
