An idea

Can the two threads (the Rules & Policy and the Thread index) that are always atop the JCC be moved to the links section toward the top, where the glossary & other stuff is located? It's unnecessary to keep those 2 threads where they're currently located. I'm sure other forums have similar threads with this "problem/issue" (as I see it).

Yeah, but why? It's not like it's four threads or anything cluttering up the first page.

 

I consider those 2 threads clutter. That section of the page ought to be left toward threads that are actually active.

I thought this was going to be about requiring threads in Comms to have titles that let you know what they were about, rather than vague, general titles.
