anakin or luke?

    I have puzzled over this for some time and i want to know what others think. Is anakin the chosen one or is luke?

    Anakin is the chosen one. He was supposed to bring balance back to the Force, but when he strays to the dark side, it kinda gets offtrack. Though Luke (and Leia) are strong in the Force because they are Anakin's heirs, Luke helps him to finish it.

    Artoo is the Chosen One, if he'd been unable to repair the ship in TPM they'd never find Anakin...

    seriously though Anakin is the Chosen One but Luke is the Hero, and if you wanna use something from an earlier script, the Son of the Suns.
