Anakin Skywalker -- Hot or Not?

Seems rather controversial to me. Lots of women love him, lots of women hate him.

And just for the record, I adore Anakin.

Well, since I just posted on a "What makes Padmé sexy?" thread, I guess I should give equal time to the other side of the relationship...

As a guy, even though Anakin isn't my, uh, cup of tea, I'm pretty envious of his good looks, so Hot is my vote.

A good looking guy, he is. Although i dig chicks (especially dancing twi'leks) one can't say that Hayden looks unnatractive to the ladies.

Further to this, he is strikingly consistent with the image i had of Anakin Skywalker before any of the PT films had been thought up, going just by OT clues and similarity to Luke and Leia.

But Jake is another thing altogether...

I first saw him in Life as a House (outstanding movie) and I was hooked from there.
I just think he is the perfect Anakin too. I mean, I was trying to picture all of the other guys that auditioned for the role playing Anakin, and I just...couldn't! Hayden is in all aspects...perfect.
(And he's Canadian! Whoo hoo!)

So far I've encountered 2 girls that think he is ugly. Not just non-hot, but UGLY. If that doesn't prove that beauty is in the eye of the beholder I don't know what does. I guess there really isn't a guy who is thought to be attractive by all girls.

 

I'm not sure he is hot but he is not a very good actor! Personally Obi-Wan is like so much cooler!

He is sexy! I love the part on ATOC when he stroks Padme's arm.. ah! It made me all tingly inside! ! Why can't a guy do that to me! No fair!

He's REALLY hot but he's only my #3. He's definately a great actor and is very passionate as Anakin. I love his angry face and when his lip quivers. Now, Jake's another story.......
