At the request of Crunchy :), here is a comparison of the model to the movie. It is not the same, I did mine by hand and I'm not finished yet, plus I have to fix the colors.

Here is a texturing update, I fixed some textures, like the engines. The engines were so dark you couldn't tell that they looked awsomely cool, plus I fixed some other texturing problems. Then I added some lighting. I still have to do some modeling, and I'm not sure about a low-res version now. Anyway, I think it looks really cool.

Accidentally removed your thread about a link to a test animation. Sorry.

That is my model, for the high-res version, I still have to model the center between the engines and the bottom of the speeder, and then I have to retexture the controls.

Here is a little update, I haven't had much time because of school and stuff so there isn't a big difference. I redid the part between the engines and I retextured the controls, also I added the brake-flap things on the bottom. I still have to do some stuff in between the seats but those will be done later.

Last night I rendered a short animation of the speeder to show you how good it looks in animation. The movie is size is big so that is why the file size is too. 5.07 MB, I think it looks better in animation than as a pic.

Do you mean the reflection? Because the sad thing about that is it's not real, its just reflecting a bunch of white blocks I quickly made in Photoshop, but I still need to fix the controls and then I will submit it as a High Res version to Zoo.

I see the white blocks on the back of the ship as it does the turn, but yeah I am referring to the ammount of reflection mixed with the regular textures... good job
