Guy who runs the local video store told me that Lucas is limiting the number of EPIII DVDs on initial release. He asked for 100 copies, he's only getting 25.

And if you check out the SF thread you find that there is yet ANOTHER release of the Original Trilogy DVDs.

I don't know about you folks, but I'm getting tired of buying the same thing over and over. No doubt next year there will be the even more special release of the whole 6 episode set.

I'm already awash in multiple versions of the CD's, etc. I'm starting to get really ticked at the marketing people there, the greed factor is getting out of hand.

 

I've already got 3 different versions of the OT:
The Original VHS trilogy
Special Edition
DVD

I really think that's more than enough.
