    Perhaps Andy is playing the Son from the Mortis arc from TCW. He rejects both Jedi and Sith philosophy and he's the most powerful Dark Sider in the galaxy. Not far fetched to think that he knows how to keep himself from dying. Perhaps the reason Kylo only hears his voice is because the Son is still trapped on Mortis. It's very doubtful but it would be a cool twist in my opinion.

    So, I saw in one of these articles Andy said his character preferred a light saber over a blaster. That sounds familiar... Hmmm... Obi-Wan? Is that you? He didn't say anything about uncivilized, granted, but that's the only character I know that professed that particular preference.

    I've always taken that as meaning that Über is after the lightsabre as well as Kylo. In fact, the latter may want it to bring to his master for whatever reason. :)

    If he felt the awakening in the Force, then he's no mere Moff or Admiral clawing his way to Supreme Leader of the First Order... doesn't mean he's "Darth Snoke" either (tho had Vader supplanted Sidious, he may have been "Emperor Vader").
